Rental Agreement Policy: A 40% deposit is required in order to initiate a rental agreement. This deposit is non-refundable if the booking is canceled by the client. Booking of selected rental items is confirmed only when signed contract AND 40% deposit is received by Joy Lane Boutique Event Rentals. Rentals become the responsibility of the renter (customer) from the time of delivery or pick up to the time of its return. Please ensure that our rental inventory is adequately secured and protected when not in use.
Damage Deposit: A damage deposit is required on all orders. Damaged, missing, stolen or lost items will be charged to the customer at replacement cost. The deposit will be cheerfully refunded back to the customer when rental items are returned free of any damage.
Delivery and Set Up Fees: Delivery and set up fees will be determined depending on location and accessibility of the venue. Separate set up and tear down service fees are dependent on location and scope of work.
